We LOVE beginners and offer beginner and all level class options during both day and evening hours.
Showing up to your first yoga class as a beginner is truly one of the best positions you will ever be in as a yogi!
It’s natural to feel a bit intimidated the first time you enter a yoga studio. Remember everyone in the studio also had a “first class,” including your instructor! At Healthy Life Yoga, we do everything we can to make your first class experience positive. All you have to do is show up and breathe. We are not concerned with a perfect pose. You don’t have to be flexible, in “great shape”, or have the right clothes. Everyone is welcome and we believe everyone who shows up will benefit.

If you have not been to Healthy Life Yoga before, and want to experience the benefits of yoga, come try us out with our new student special.
It takes 21 days to establish a habit – make it a healthy one by trying out 21 days of unlimited yoga for $45. We have classes scheduled every day of the week, so you will have plenty to choose from, day or night, weekday or weekend. The class size is kept small, and the room temperature is kept comfortable, so that the instructor can make sure that you are practicing safely.

Option 2: Evening and Weekend Classes Only, 6 months Unlimited Yoga for $55/month
If evenings and weekends are the only time you are able to take classes, use this pass to take advantage of the flexibility of joining any regularly scheduled night or weekend class for $55/month for a 6-month recurring membership (with automatic monthly charges).
