Join us as we work up a sweat, and a thirst, every Second Saturday at Center of the Universe Brewery in Ashland, Virginia. This is an all-levels class; both beginners and experienced students are welcome.
Price is $12 per person for the yoga class, and the class has first dibs on beverages when we are done, as they are just opening their doors at that time.
